Eligibility Criteria List:

  • Indian National with a valid Indian passport
  • Age between 18–27 years for freshers and up to 35 years for experienced crew

  • Must have completed Class 12 from a recognised board or university with a minimum of 50% marks

  • Should meet the physical criteria of at least 155 cm for females and 170 cm for males, BMI within 18–22 for females and 18–25 for males, and normal eyesight (6/6 vision). Weight should be in proportion to height

  • Well-groomed with no visible tattoos when in uniform. Clear complexion and excellent communication skills in Hindi and English 

  • Willing to be based in any of our domestic hubs

The maximum age to apply for the position of Cabin Crew for candidates with no work experience is 27 years. However, the age limit for experienced cabin crew is 35 years.

The minimum height criteria for candidates applying for Cabin Crew is at least 155 cm for females and 170 cm for males. 

You must have completed 12th grade from a recognised board or university with minimum of 50%. Additional qualifications in hospitality or customer service are an advantage.

You are required to submit the following documents at the time of joining:

  • Class Xth and XIIth Marksheet from a recognised Board or University (as per DGCA)  

  • Relieving/Resignation letter from the last/current employer (to whomsoever it may concern)  

  • Police verification letter (if applicable)  

  • AEP surrender copy (if applicable)   

  • Demand Draft – 50,000 INR

The Cabin Crew works in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The hours can be irregular and long, depending on flight schedules.

Yes, all selected candidates undergo comprehensive training that covers safety procedures, customer service, and in-flight duties.

Cabin Crew members can advance to senior positions from Cabin Senior to Cabin Executive and further Crew Manager. There are also opportunities to move into ground-based roles or other departments within the airline.
